SBRT for Breast Cancer Oligometastases
It is preferred that the same imaging method that was used to originally detect the metastases be used in follow-up assessments. The first imaging for SBRT sites will be three months post SBRT and every three months for the first year, every 6 months for the second year, then annually.

PRAGMA (Prostate Radio Ablation Guided by Magnetic Resonance Imaging Acquisition) in Metastatic Prostate Cancer
Patients with metastatic prostate cancer can undergo MRI-guided prostate Stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) without significant adverse events, similar to what has been reported for patients with localized prostate cancer. We hypothesize that prostate SBRT will be well-tolerated in metastatic prostate cancer patients, with quality of life outcomes similar to …

Metastasis-directed Therapy in Castration-refractory Prostate Cancer
The aim is to define the postponement of next line systemic treatment (NEST), by the use of metastasis-directed therapy in patients with oligoprogressive castration-refractory prostate cancer. This will be defined by the NEST-free survival. Furthermore the investigators will use 18F PSMA PET-CT as investigational imaging, to assess the predictive value …

Nivolumab Ipilimumab and Chemoradiation in Treating Patients With Locally Advanced Pancreatic Cancer.
Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) remains a dreadful disease due to its often advanced stage at diagnosis and poor sensitivity to chemotherapy. A locally unresectable tumor (locally advanced pancreatic cancer (LAPC)) is present in 30% of the cases and is defined as a surgically unresectable tumor encasing the adjacent arteries [celiac …

SBRT Dose Escalation for Reirradiation of Inoperable Lung Lesions
Prospective phase I study to evaluate the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of SBRT for thoracic re-irradiation. Dose limiting toxicity will be pneumonitis G3. The potential advantage of the dose escalation planned in this study is the delivery of an ablative dose to radically treat patients with inoperable local relapse, without …

Bintrafusp Alfa and Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy for the Treatment of Recurrent or Second Primary Head and Neck Squamous Cell Cancer
This phase I/II trial studies the side effects and how well bintrafusp alfa and stereotactic body radiation therapy work in treating patients with head and neck squamous cell cancer that has come back (recurrent) or has occurred after having cancer in the past (second primary). Immunotherapy with bintrafusp alfa may …

Testing the Addition of the Drug Atezolizumab to the Usual Radiation Treatment for Patients With Early Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
This trial studies how well atezolizumab added to the usual radiation therapy works in treating patients with stage I-IIA non-small cell lung cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow …
