FOLFOX6 Versus mFOLFIRINOX as First Line Chemotherapy in Metastatic Gastric Cancer or Esophagogastric Junction Adenocarcinoma (Type II-III)

Patients with metastatic adenocarcinoma of the stomach or the esophagogastric junction (II-III type by Siewert) without previous therapy will be treated with one of two chemotherapy combinations . Radiomics Tool for Pulmonary Nodule Risk Stratification

Final pulmonary nodule diagnosis will be categorized as malignant or benign. If the pathology report does not offer a specific pathologic diagnosis or is inconclusive (i.e., the biopsy was non-diagnostic), we will define pulmonary nodule resolution, shrinkage, or diameter stability at 12 months as a benign diagnosis.
