Dual-scopic Pancreatic Necrosectomy (DPN)
The transperitoneal access to peripancreatic space is via the gastro-colic ligament and greater omentum, effusion and pus is removed by laparoscopic forceps and suction. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) is performed during the LPN procedure on patients with indication.
