Clinical Trial of Efficacy and Safety of Sinovac's Adsorbed COVID-19 (Inactivated) Vaccine in Healthcare Professionals

This is a phase III clinical trial to assess efficacy and safety of the Adsorbed COVID-19 (inactivated) vaccine manufactured by Sinovac in health care professionals

Randomised Evaluation of COVID-19 Therapy (RECOVERY)  

RECOVERY is a randomised trial investigating whether treatment with Lopinavir-Ritonavir, Hydroxychloroquine, Corticosteroids, Azithromycin, Colchicine, IV Immunoglobulin (children only), Convalescent plasma, Casirivimab+Imdevimab, Tocilizumab, Aspirin, Baricitinib, Infliximab, Empagliflozin, Sotrovimab, Molnupiravir, Paxlovid or Anakinra (children only) prevents death in patients with COVID-19.

A RCT of TNF and ENT in the Treatment of Long-term Prognosis With Hepatitis B-related HCC After Curative Resection

This study evaluates the addition of Tenofovir and Entecavir in the treatment of Hepatitis B-related hepatocellular carcinoma after curative resection in adults. Half of participants will receive Tenofovir disoproxil fumarate, while the other half will receive Entecavir.
