In the present study, the investigators aim to use the in-vivo Transcatheter Mitral Valve Repair (TMVR) model to determine how Mitral Regurgitation (MR) affects coronary hemodynamics in patients affected with severe MR and concomittant angiographically-documented coronary artery disease.
