The Assessment of Talar Cartilage in Patients With Unilateral Traumatic Transtibial Amputation
The primary aim of the study is to compare the intact talar cartilage, tibialis anterior and gastrocnemius muscle thickness measurements of traumatic unilateral transtibial amputee patients with that of healthy individuals using ultrasound. The secondary aim is to investigate the relationship between cartilage and muscle thickness measurements with clinical parameters.

Glycaemia and Cardiac Function in Patients With COVID-19
The primary hypothesis is that levels of plasma glucose have clinically significant impact on left ventricular systolic function in patients with COVID-19 admitted to the ICU. The secondary hypothesis is that the impact of plasma glucose on left ventricular systolic function is associated with glycaemic control prior to admission as …

Radiomics-based Artificial Intelligence System to Predict Neoadjuvant Treatment Response in Rectal Cancer
In this study, investigators utilize a radiomics prediction model to predict the tumor response to neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy (nCRT) before the nCRT is administered for patients with locally advanced rectal cancer (LARC). Previously, the radiomics prediction model has been constructed based on the radiomics features extracted from pretreatment Magnetic Resonance Imaging …
