Heart Failure Event Advance Detection Trial

Patients who are admitted with acutely decompensated heart failure and are receiving intravenous diuretics will be recruited to undergo testing using the Indicor Device. Participants will be tested daily while hospitalized and then on the day of discharge during which time they will be trained how to operate the device.

Heart Failure Monitoring With Eko Electronic Stethoscopes

This proof-of-concept study will evaluate the feasibility of the Eko DUO to measure signals relevant to heart failure (HF) decompensation, as well as the feasibility to develop an algorithm to model hemodynamic filling pressures in HF patients under active decompensation in a cardiac intensive care unit (CICU) or coronary care …

CR: Developing an Intervention to Improve Acceptance of Referral in HF

Background: There are proven benefits to people with chronic heart failure (CHF) participating in a cardiac rehabilitation (CR) programme, however uptake remains disappointingly low. Admission to hospital presents a significant opportunity to offer CR referral to such a patient population.

Change of NLRP3 Inflammasome Expression Level Symptoms and Functional Status in HFpEF Patients Treated With ARNI

Underlying inflammation has been increasingly recognized in heart failure with a preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF). But there is no study reported the relationship between NLRP3 inflammasome and HFpEF.

Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) and Coronavirus Disease (COVID) 19

The role of ECMO in the treatment of patients with severe COVID-19 (Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrome (ARDS) and/or acute refractory heart failure) is not yet known. The present study will aim to report the results of the ECMO management of the most severe forms of COVID-19 through the first French …
